You all are gorgeous! Boy, I know what you mean about the negative comments. I too am a Christian and I have fasted and believe in fasting. I will support you any way I can. I am a big girl too and on a 100lb weight loss journey of which I have lost almost 30 in 7 weeks. I am not trying to sell you on what I am doing. You are strong in your convictions and what ever works for you, that’s wonderful. But if you are curious about how to lose fast, and safely, while building your health long term while eating delicious food and eliminating cravings, I would be happy to answer any questions. PS. You and your children are so beautiful! Do you realize what you are doing for yourself is going to do to those wonderful children’s future? They are going to learn so much from you about health as well as how strong their mommy is. : )

Watched your video today. Inspired me to try to lose weight. I was a nurse too. I am 330 and already have had a heart attack. Want To lose the weight without the surgery as well. Keep the faith. I am grateful for people like you who are brave enough to share your journey.
Wow…well thank you Jesus that you are alive to tell us your testimony! I know that you can do this without surgery, it’s just a matter of us breaking our addictions and going back to eating the way they did in the bible, food that was free from additives and chemicals! Hi Chanda, I viewed your latest You-Tube video and I am sorry to hear about the negatve comments. I would suggest that you don’t even read them, because negativity destroys the human spirit. Focus on the love and positive support that you getting from the You-Tube community, and your friends and family. Don’t allow toxic people to steer you off course. You will succeed just take it one day at a time.
